The Company


This is a great opportunity to join a chilled food manufacturer producing pioneering ranges for the major retailers. They are now seeking a driven NPD Manager to lead the development team and help them retain their reputation for high quality products.

The Role


This customer focused role, where you will own key retailer accounts, building rapport and achieving product success.

You will be a driving force from concept to launch, working from set briefs and leading projects that bring delicious new ranges to market. Overseeing the NPD process, you will manage concept development in line with customer schedules and critical paths, co-ordinating factory trials to guarantee technical and commercial parameters are satisfied. As well as monitoring the progression of new ideas, you will also be refreshing the existing portfolio to make sure the company continues to outstrip the competition.

Proactive and resourceful in your approach, you collaborate with the team of development chefs to guide the process, identifying the latest food and the best commercial opportunities. Finally, you’ll conduct presentations to impress prestigious customers with your knowledge and awareness of cutting-edge innovation, helping this rapidly expanding business achieve its ambitious commercial goals within the market.
