Well I've got just the role for you. My client is seeking a talented individual to join their dynamic marketing team as a Marketing Data & Insight Analyst.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ClickDimensions to analyze customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns for increased sales and enhanced customer retention.
  • Collate data from multiple sources using advanced analytical tools like Microsoft Power BI to provide comprehensive insights into customer interactions across all touchpoints.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics and social media platforms to understand broader customer engagement trends and evaluate digital marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system in compliance with data protection legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and e-commerce teams to develop and implement targeted CRM campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of CRM initiatives and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to leverage new tools and functionalities.
  • Support the Email Marketing Executive and manage interactions with the email marketing system.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the business to translate requirements into actionable customer data insights.


About you:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a marketing context.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI and ClickDimensions email system.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, customer relationship management, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of GDPR in relation to customer data and preferences.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies is advantageous.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly proficient with Excel and able to learn internal systems and procedures quickly.
