Job DescriptionJob Title: Account ExecutiveSalary: NegotiableLocation: NorthwestPURPOSE OF ROLELawes are working with a well-established and expanding Insurance Broker to recruit an experienced Account Executive to join their commercial team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a substantial portfolio of clients while driving new business opportunities and contributing to the teams continued growth. You will provide exceptional client service by managing and growing a diverse commercial portfolio building strong relationships and delivering effective risk and protection solutions.RESPONSIBILITIESManage a portfolio of clients overseeing renewals adjustments and day-to-day servicingIdentify opportunities for growth both within existing accounts and through new business development and cross-sellingMaintain compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirementsSupport and contribute to a collaborative team environmentWork effectively with a team of Account Handlers and maintain regular communication with themDAY-TO-DAYMeeting with clients across the Northwest areaHandling client queries and providing timely professional advicePreparing and presenting renewal terms and recommendationsMonitoring market developments to ensure clients receive the most suitable solutionsSupporting junior colleagues and sharing technical knowledgeEXPERIENCEProven background in managing commercial clients within a professional services environmentTrack record of business development and client retentionExperience of working with a broad range of industry sectorsUnderstanding of compliance governance and industry regulationsSKILLSStrong interpersonal and relationship-building abilitiesExcellent communication negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectivelyCommercially astute with a proactive solutions-focused mindsetCompetence with industry systems (Acturis experience advantageous but not essential)If you have the relevant experience or know someone that does please contact me now onor email us at Required Experience:IC Key Skills Business Development,Customer Service,Revenue Growth,ABC Analysis,Account Management,Communication,CRM,Excel,Salesforce,PMP,Customer Relationships,Business Relationships,Sales Goals,Sales Process,CPA Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
