This is an exciting opportunity to bring our new brand strategy and creative direction to life helping shape how we present our brand and connect visually with our customers. Youll play a key role in defining how Derek Rose looks and feels across every channel from digital communications to in-store environment.Working closely with our Marketing eCommerce Retail and Wholesale teams youll create cohesive best-in-class materials that express our reimagined brand identity. Youll be hands-on in the creative process from concept to final artwork confident in both responding to briefs and contributing fresh ideas that enhance our visual storytelling. What Youll Be Doing:Graphic Design: Lead the creation of graphic assets across print packaging store signage and digital platformsDevelop high quality digital assets for email social CRM and digital mediaProduce print materials including POS retail graphics and offline media Oversee proofing and final artwork to ensure every detail meets our brand standards and liaising with third parties where requiredCollaborate with brief owners to interpret and elevate concepts ensuring ideas are visually strong and aligned with our storytelling Brand & Creative:Maintain design and brand consistency across all projects Act as a brand guardian ensuring our visual identity is expressed with clarity and cohesion Support the evolution of the brand guidelines ensuring theyre fit for purpose and inspiring across touchpoints Challenge and contribute ideas to continually refine our creative approachCampaign & Content: Partner with the Marketing Manager to create dynamic engaging social content Contribute creative direction and design assets for campaigns and photoshoots Assist with shoot production and image retouching as required Bring proactive creative thinking to live briefs and campaignsWhat Youll Need: 3-5 years experience in design ideally within retail ecommerce or adjacent industriesProven portfolio is graphic design or visual communicationsStrong understanding of design principles (print and digital) and typography Design and asset building using AI advantageous but not essential Knowledge of moving image and video editingBasic retouching skillsStrong organisational and time management skills with ability to own deadlines whilst working on multiple projects simultaneouslyFirst class attention to detail Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative SuiteWhat We Offer: Pension contribution 25 Days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous staff discount and regular sample salesConfidential wellbeing and mental health support service Office social events To apply please use the Apply for this job button below.Direct applications only.
