Also ensure that our properties are maintained and presented to the highest standard possible guests entering a property should always feel like they are the first one to have ever stayed at the property.3 days a weekAble to drive and own vehicleKey Responsibilities:To do the compliance check through all the properties.Ensure all rooms are immaculate orderly and fully furnished to accommodate guests comfortProvide basic housekeeping duties including replacing linens changing and arranging the towels emptying and sanitising bins restocking toiletries in an orderly manner vacuuming dusting removing cobwebs cleaning blinds and curtains (where necessary arrange washing and ironing) picking up larger objects off the floor cleaning glass and windows spot cleaning partition doors electrical outlets walls and sideboards sweeping and mopping the floors and cleaning toilets and rearranging the room after guests check outClean communal areas as and when required collaborate closely with Property Manager and Maintenance Personnel in doing soUse the cleaning app and send pictures of the cleaningsEnsure smooth check-in and check-out processesRespond to guests complaints in a timely and professional manner and contact necessary team members to solve problems that may ariseUnderstand Zeevou and our in-house technology; maintain updated records of bookings and payments on ZeevouKeep track of repeating issues and convey them to the ManagersLook at all of the linens and treat any stains that is foundPlace all laundry in the washer and add the cleaning agents as directedTake out the clothes and linens after washing and dry and iron them following the manufacturers recommendationsInspect laundry equipment visually and report any maintenance issues to the building managementPrepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and orderAttend to customers upon entrancePresent restaurant menus and help customers select food/beveragesTake and serve orders; issue bills and accept paymentTo deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitudeMaintain serving areasSend reports to OE upon requestCommunicate with the remote team on DiscordParticipate in weekly meetingsOther responsibilities as delegated by the onsite manager/OERequired Skills and Qualifications: Efficiency Honesty/integrity Attention to detail Proactivity Enthusiasm High standards FlexibilityRequirementsRecruitment ChecksID CardProof of AddressAuthorisation to stay/work in the UK Key Skills Restaurant Experience,Hospitality Experience,Assistant Manager Experience,Management Experience,Accounting,Conflict Management,Computer Literacy,Hotel Management,Leadership Experience,P&L Management,Supervising Experience,Restaurant Management Employment Type : Contract Experience: years Vacancy: 1
