ROLE: TIG Welder PAY RATE: £13.81 per hour CONTRACT TYPE: 12-week Temp to Perm LOCATION: Northampton, UK WORKING PATTERN: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm (37.5 hours/week) THE ROLE: Carbon60 is recruiting an experienced TIG Welder to join a specialist engineering and industrial manufacturing facility in Northampton. This role is central to delivering high-quality welded assemblies used across a wide range of critical industrial applications. Working within a skilled workshop team, you will contribute to the accurate production of precision components, support the smooth workflow between departments, and uphold strict quality and safety standards. This position plays a key part in maintaining efficient operations within a rapidly evolving production environment, supported by strong training pathways and clear opportunities for long-term progression.
