You'll be based in a 25-bed home in the heart of South Belfast, and our client is a multiple award-winning care provider with over 40 years of experience in delivering first-class care, along with deep ties to the communities in which they are based. They also employ over 500 members of staff across six care homes throughout Northern Ireland Responsibilities: With a full copy of the Job Duties and Person Spec available on request, you will: Ensure and deliver the highest standards of patient care in the absence of the Nurse Manager. Play a vital and pivotal role, in developing the nursing home at a strategic level, to meet all Company objectives. Assist the Nurse Manager with the daily running of the home, covering staff management, and responsibility for resident assessment, admission, care and implementation of Health and Safety procedures. Requirements: RGN/RMN Qualification NMC Registration. Significant PQ experience. 1-year minimum experience in a Team Lead, or similar role in a Nursing Home setting. Current up-to-date PDP and must be willing to take any additional training as required. Excellent communication skills; verbal and written. Able to work hours that include evenings and weekends.
