Define the high and low level solution architecture and impacts on various capabilities covering complete OSS.Required12 years of experience in working with Telecom clients in the role of e2e solution designExperienced in the areas of OSS architecture design and implementation for Telecom customers which can enable effective capturing of requirements within Service AssuranceUnderstanding on telecom OSS with experience in standard design tools Design Patterns UML BPMN SOA etc.Experience in designing on Service Fulfilment Assurance Inventory Activation Middleware Interfaces (one or many) at telecom projects and rolloutCandidate should demonstrate knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices like eTOM TNA SID ITIL IEEE etcUnderstand the overall OSS/BSS landscape with entire application stack.Knowledge of web APIs SOAP REST architectureShould possess lead qualities and must have experience in leading team of consultants / designers to achieve stated project / program goalsShould have experience in defining the process business requirements and system requirements in areas of Telecom service assurance process.Should be able to prepare analyses and review proposals from internal teams be able to provide appropriate solutions to problems and make day-to-day decisions to run the client projectsShould be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business SI partners and System owners to understand capture finalize and sign off requirementsAnalyze the problem faced by the customer participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirementsShould be able to groom the team members Candidate should possess Good Communication & Client- interfacing skills.
