The role provides real potential for career progression and can be based anywhere in the UK for remote working.The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter Chemistry graduate or someone who has been working in a laboratory or regulatory environment with some regulatory knowledge within the Crop Protection Chemicals or Biocides field.As a Regulatory Specialist duties include:Being responsible for regulatory projects including dossier compilation and providing registration advice to both clients and in-house departmentsMeeting quality deadline and financial demands for designated projectsWorking with the involved staff to ensure that work is delivered on time and of a sufficient quality for regulatory submission purposesDeveloping skills in certain subject areas of regulatory affairs for the benefit of clients and the companyPro-actively suggesting process improvements to the systems processes and infrastructure in place within CPC Regulatory Services for effective and efficient performanceContributing to discussions during the design of projects to meet regulatory requirementsOrganising internal project team meetings to review progress and to ensure effective and efficient communicationsHelping to maintain the companys profile and credibility at external conferences along with developing and maintaining relationships and interaction with clients worldwideWe offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageUn-paralleled opportunities for career development and progression within a global organisation and teamOpportunity to work with a variety of different global clients on wide ranging projectsA culture of CARE with access to well-being programs and various employee resource groupsRemote and flexible working arrangementsEducation / Experience:BSc in Chemistry or closely related subjectProject management skillsGood written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with other project team members and stakeholdersExcellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlinesAbility to use own initiative paired with proactiveness in seeking clarification where requiredSome laboratory or regulatory knowledge (specifically REACH) and/or experience desirableLabcorp is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer:Labcorp strives for inclusion and belonging in the workforce and does not tolerate harassment or discrimination of any kind.
