This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and support of our advanced financial risk solutions working with some of the latest technologies in the industry.Key Responsibilities:1. Daily Support for Risk as a Service (RaaS) Solution:Provide robust support for our RaaS solution ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional client experience.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues swiftly and efficiently maintaining the highest standards of service delivery.2. Data Analysis and Operations:Conduct comprehensive data analysis on the S&P Global Data estate and Financial Risk Analytics Risk Factor Utility.Utilize analytical skills to manage data quality ensuring accurate and reliable information for our end-to-end workflow.3. System Issue Investigation:Investigate and troubleshoot system issues focusing on data quality and reconciliation.Implement proactive measures to identify and resolve potential problems before they impact our Risk as a Service solution.4. Feature Implementation and Testing:Assist in the implementation testing and documentation of new features ensuring they meet our rigorous standards.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback for continuous improvement.Competencies0 to 2 years of experience.A bachelors degree in finance Accounting or other Business areaStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience using Python R or other programming languages.Highly proficient communication skills both written and oral.
