This Supervisor delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment planning intervention implementation and evaluation and works within codes of practice and professional guidelines. This position is responsible for accurately and efficiently triaging the telephone calls that are received from patients their caregiver relatives and other members of the healthcare team. This involves prioritizing patients health problems according to their urgency educating/advising patients scheduling appointments and making safe effective clinical decisions under the direction of the patients physician.Associates degree in Nursing and two (2) years of related experience required. Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.
