Job Title: Power Press SetterLocation: RedditchHours: Mon-Thurs 08:00-16:45/ Fri 08:00-14:00Pay: £13.00ph to £14.00ph Job Description:We are currently seeking a skilled Power Press Setter to join  a busy engineering company in the Redditch.Responsibilities:Set up power presses according to production schedules and engineering drawings.Load materials into the press and align them correctly for processing.Monitor machine operation to detect any malfunctions or defects in the finished product.Perform routine maintenance on power presses to ensure optimal performance.Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Working with 20t to 160t Chin Fong and similar presses.Requirements:Previous experience as a Power Press Setter or similar role in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.ROSPA or similar safety certificateManufacturing Workforce are responsible for placing skilled and in demand people on both a permanent and contract basis into the Engineering, Technical and Manufacturing sectors, from skilled Shop Floor Personnel and Specialist Engineers to Supervisory and Management positions.We operate from several prime locations throughout Central England and our Specialist Consultants will have an in-depth understanding of your skills and offer best advice on your next stepWe are always searching for the best talent, so if you know anyone, why not recommend someone to one of our professional team who will be more than happy to helpME23
