A fantastic opportunity for an Executive Housekeeper to join this luxury 5* hotel, based just outside London.

As Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the operation, budget and housekeeping team for the hotel.


The key responsibilities for this role will include:

  • Planning and directing all housekeeping activities across the hotel.
  • Ensuring all housekeeping and cleanliness standards are upheld throughout the property, front and back of house.
  • Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budgets.
  • Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies, linen and uniforms.
  • Manage third party contractors including..
  • Develop and implement housekeeping systems and procedures.
  • Ensure the control of all cleaning supplies and chemicals, paying particular attention to use in the correct areas.
  • Motivating your team and colleagues to come up with creative ideas and unique guest and member experiences.


To be successful for this exciting role you will have previous experience as an Executive Housekeeper from within a large five star / luxury environment, along with excellent team management experience.
