Role Overview: We are now seeking an experiencedM&E Design Managerto join the team on a high-profilepharmaceutical construction project based in Surrey . The successful candidate will take ownership of the M&E design process, coordinating between the client, design consultants, and site delivery teams to ensure all mechanical and electrical systems are fully integrated and compliant with project requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the M&E design process from concept through to construction and handover. Coordinate design information between consultants, contractors, and the site team. Ensure designs meet pharmaceutical standards, regulations, and client specifications. Review and manage BIM models, ensuring accurate coordination of services. Drive design efficiency and value engineering while maintaining quality and compliance. Attend design and coordination meetings, providing technical guidance and solutions. Key Requirements: Proven experience in M&E design management within large, complex construction projects. Previous experience working onpharmaceutical or life science facilitiespreferred. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services. ExcellentBIM skills , with the ability to coordinate and review multidisciplinary models. Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities. In return our client can offer basic salary of £85k - £90k (DOE) plus car, travel, bonus and full package TPBN1_UKTJ
