Are you an experienced Trusts Solicitor with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) A leading law firm in St Albans is looking for a dedicated professional to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Advising clients on the creation, management, and restructuring of trusts.
  • Handling a diverse caseload of trust-related matters, including taxation, estate planning, and asset protection.
  • Working closely with high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees to deliver tailored legal solutions.
  • Providing expert guidance on complex trust issues, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborating with other departments within the firm to offer a comprehensive service to clients.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE in trust law.
  • Strong understanding of tax implications related to trusts.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied caseload with a high degree of autonomy.
