Initial training will be completed on day shifts before transferring to a fixed night-shift pattern (18:00–06:00). This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, structured processes, and achieving daily targets. Key Responsibilities: The Machine Operator will work as part of a small, supportive team to carry out routine production tasks, follow established procedures, and ensure consistent output quality. Duties include preparing equipment, monitoring production stages, completing documentation accurately, supporting basic machine upkeep, and safely handling materials throughout the process. The role requires maintaining focus in a fast-paced environment and contributing to efficient workflow and throughput.
