Bid Coordinator - Up to £40,000 - London - Hybrid

A leading construction consultancy in London is seeking a talented Bid Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects and make a real impact.

Skills required :

  • Proven experience in coordinating bids and tender submissions, ideally within the construction or consultancy sector.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign – a key requirement for this role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to ensure high-quality, client-focused submissions.
  • A proactive and collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are completed accurately and on time.
  • Design and format high-quality bid documents using InDesign to showcase the company’s expertise and brand.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams, writers, and senior stakeholders to gather content and input.
  • Maintain and update bid libraries, templates, and resources for future use.
  • Support the development of presentations and marketing collateral as needed.
