Working on behalf of a Local Authority, Aatom Recruitment has a new opportunity for a Interim Valuation Surveyor on a 3 months contract initially with a possibility of further extension.Role: Interim Valuation SurveyorLocation:Hybrid with borough-wide site visits as neededEssential Qualifications: * RICS Membership* Current valid UK driving license and willingness to drive - If you don't have access to a vehicle, a pool car will be provided for work purposes.Desirable:* Local government experience as a valuerAbout the Role - The post holder will:* Support the Head of Property Services in ensuring the first-class delivery of property valuations for Right to Buy.* Undertake unaccompanied site visits of sites (including construction sites) and buildings.* Manage a caseload of asset valuation work and support other team members.The benefits for our staff:Onsite/Hybrid/Home working - This role offers a hybrid model of working from home with mandatory Tuesdays in office. The post holder will also need to be flexible to visit sites borough-wide as and when required by the needs of the service.Parking/ Transport - parking available on pre-booking basis, with disabled parking also available. Colindale station is located 5/10-minute walk from our offices.Equipment - Laptops and accessories will be provided, including mobile phones if needed, and office equipment for hybrid workers. You will also receive an IT induction to help you navigate our laptops and systems. Offices - The borough has many restaurants/cafes and outlets to enjoy for all agency workers.
