W Talent are delighted to be working exclusively with an Aerospace manufacturing business that is looking to recruit a Quality Manager for their Sheffield site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation, taking ownership of all quality assurance activities, managing FAIRs Processes, and leading engineering improvements across the site. Role Overview The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing all quality-related activities within the business, ensuring full compliance with aerospace standards and promoting a strong culture of quality. You will lead the FAIRs (First Article Inspection Reports) process, maintain the Quality Management System, and work closely with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company's Quality Assurance function. Oversee, complete, and approve FAIRs in line with AS9102 requirements. Maintain, review, and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with aerospace and customer standards. Conduct internal and external audits; manage corrective and preventative actions. Support engineering teams with quality input for new product introduction and process improvement activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and operations. Analyse quality performance data and provide informed recommendations.
