Injection Moulding Setterup to £16.35ph + £2.45pa shift allowance for night shift, Permanent, Immediate start, 32 days holiday, three shift rotation 6-2/2-10/10-6Due to continued success and rapid expansion plans, our clients UK Head Quarters of a global manufacturing company has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Injection Moulding Setter to join them. You will provide support to the Production Manager, to ensure production targets are met:Setting and operating injection moulding machines to product run specificationProgramming and operating robotsGeneral maintenance of the tools, including tool replacement, fault finding and fixing on the machineryMaintaining headed runners, including nozzlesWorking closely with Engineering Team, ensuring the optimisation of machinery performanceCompleting all required audit traceable paperwork correctly dailyOperating Counterbalance FLT truck when requiredWe would expect the successful Injection Moulding Setter to be able to demonstrate a good working knowledge of Injection Moulding machinery, have an excellent eye for detail, with strong communication skills, You will be supported 1 to 1 to become familiar with the company processes and procedures. This would be an ideal role for you if you have worked with Injection Moulding, Setter or a Senior Operator position.You will be joining the UK arm of an international manufacturing company who have been established for over 50 years, and has an enviable reputation in their field of manufacturing. Working directly with the Production Manager, this role offers variety on a daily basis.
