Nestled in a quaint village in North East Leicestershire, they’ve built a reputation for delivering exceptional service and forming lasting relationships with their clients and furry companions – So much so, that they are in an enviable position of operating a closed book of clients. Their team is like a family, they eat cake and chocolate on a daily basis, and they’re committed to creating a supportive and enjoyable work environment where every member feels valued and appreciated.THE ROLE:As a Veterinary Surgeon, you will be managing a routine operations list and operate on common out-of-hours emergencies. You will work up medical cases and have an empathetic understanding of client expectations and finances. You will be part of a fun teams that supports you and helps you to grow and develop, and you will be frequently offered cake and chocolate from other members of staffABOUT YOU:To be considered for this role, you must be degree qualified from an accredited veterinary school and have a genuine love for animals. You need to be a strong communicator who can build rapport with clients, and a team player. Finally, you must have a willingness to contribute to the growth and success of the Practice.There is an out-of-hours aspect to this role, that is decided on a rota basis, this is 1 night per week (18:00 – 08:30)THE BENEFITS:£65-75K, Option for shareholding, relocation package available.GD 1528
