As part of a supportive and forward-thinking organisation, you will have the chance to demonstrate your leadership skills, challenge the norm, and drive impactful change while continuously learning and growing in your role.What you'll doAs the Implementation Manager at Sainsbury's within the Logistics Systems team, you will play a pivotal role in successfully implementing new systems and tools to depots, enabling a multiyear programme to replace Sainsbury's Food WMS across the network. You will be accountable for managing the full implementation lifecycle, from identifying success criteria and stakeholder engagement to coordinating training plans and resources for effective change adoption. Working closely with business operations and Sainsbury's Tech teams, you will identify implementation options, prioritise rollout plans, and ensure a successful delivery while demonstrating strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills to drive complex system implementations across multi-site warehouse operations.Who you areAs an Implementation Manager at Sainsbury's, you are a seasoned professional with a strong background in landing complex new system implementations across multi-site warehouse operations. Your expertise in change management tools and methodologies, coupled with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities, enables you to drive successful implementation lifecycles and facilitate the adoption of new systems and technologies within the organisation.
