They are expected to have a good understanding of the latest digital communication trends and tools.Accountabilities & ResponsibilitiesAssist with the delivery of Communications goalsProduce distribute and measure the use of communication productsUpdate and create content for communications channelsSupport the introduction of a new communication channels Research the latest communications practicesDevelop and maintain a strong range of internal EBRD contacts in order to have the access to key EBRD information necessary;Provide support and coordination support to other project activities across communicationsKnowledge Skills Experience & QualificationsAcademic/Professional QualificationsUniversity degree or equivalent experienceExperienceAt least 1-2 years relevant professional experience ideally working in Communications;Good understanding of the Banks operations and people;Knowledge of internal communications and engagement trendsKnowledge & SkillsFluency in English and relevant languages;Good writing skills including editorial accuracy and ability to edit concisely;Effective persuasive and diplomatic communication skills;Keen interest in and knowledge of the EBRD countries of operations;Excellent organisational and planning skills;Ability to use virtual event platforms such as Webex and Microsoft teams;Ability to use various types of computer software including Content Management Systems;Ability to work independently while also knowing when to seek advice;Ability to operate in a multi-cultural environment with changing priorities;What is it like to work at the EBRD / About EBRDOur agile and innovative approach is what makes life at the EBRD a unique experience You will be part of a pioneering and diverse international organisation and use your talents to make a real difference to peoples lives and help shape the future of the regions we invest in.At EBRD our Values Inclusiveness Innovation Trust and Responsibility are at the heart of how we work.
