Chef de Partie - Sunningdale

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a highly sought-after Golf Club located in Sunningdale. The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. As a Chef de Partie they will be expected to oversee and assist the Junior Chefs.
The Perks

The Chef de Partie will receive:
  • A competitive basic salary of £33,000
  • Annual bonus of £1900 on top
  • 40 hrs a week average

The PlaceOur client is a prestigious Golf Club situated in Sunningdale with two courses available. This Golf Club has been voted as one of the top one hundred Golf Club's in the world and the best heathland courses in Surrey and Berkshire. The club has a restaurant and lounge bar.
The PersonThe Chef de Partie will have:
  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar style venue
  • Confidence to run a section and help with other duties, mentoring junior chefs in their tasks
  • Be a great communicator with a dynamic approach
  • Impeccable standards with a passion for creating dishes with the best fresh, seasonal produce
  • A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
