PMO Analyst

Were looking for a PMO Analyst to join our Group Functions Change & Technology Services team. This role is key to supporting governance and control within the Service Office enabling effective delivery of the Group Change Portfolio. If youre organised detail-oriented and passionate about driving successful change wed love to hear from you.What youll be doing:Supporting delivery of project and portfolio processes to meet stakeholder requirementsMaintaining accurate portfolio project and resource data within PPM toolsEnsuring timely and high-quality reporting on status risks issues and dependenciesMonitoring adherence to lifecycle frameworks standards and controlsTracking and managing financial processes including cost reporting and accrualsProducing meeting packs and capturing actions and decisions accuratelyIdentifying and sharing continuous improvement opportunities across processesSupporting mandate and business case submissions and approvalsQualifications : Who were looking for:Experience in PMO or project support rolesFamiliarity with project management methodologies such as Waterfall and AgileStrong organisational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and PowerPointAbility to analyse data and produce accurate reportsEffective communication and influencing skillsKnowledge of financial tracking and resource managementExposure to PPM tools such as KeyedIn or similarA proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
