The role focuses on high-quality assessment, training delivery and learner support, ensuring apprentices gain the knowledge, skills and behaviours required by industry. Key Responsibilities * Deliver workplace assessments and knowledge-based training in line with apprenticeship standards. * Provide coaching, progress reviews and constructive feedback. * Develop and monitor individual learning plans and support apprentices preparing for EPA. * Build strong employer relationships and ensure workplaces are suitable for training. * Maintain compliant learner records and contribute to internal quality assurance. * Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and data protection standards are upheld.
