The firm's Dispute Resolution and Private Client departments are highly respected, and due to continued growth, they are looking to build on their (already Top Tier ranked) Contentious Probate practice.

The Opportunity

Working as part of the firm's established Dispute Resolution department, this is a brilliant opportunity for a Contentious Probate Solicitor (Associate or Senior Associate) to work alongside legal directory recognised individuals and experts in their respective fields.

There is already a steady stream of Contentious Probate work, and with further investment from the firm, this opportunity will allow the successful individual to grow the team headcount and client base over coming years, ultimately carving out incredibly exciting career prospects.

The department already advise clients in respect of high-value proprietary estoppel claims, family disputes surrounding multi-million-pound estates, and complex administration of farming estates.

Suited to

This opportunity is suited to a qualified Solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in Contentious Probate, with an interest in playing a key role in the growth of a law firm's Contentious Probate offering.

Applicants must be willing to work in an office 2-3 days per week.
