We are looking for a Website Project Manager to join our remote team and oversee the entire lifecycle of client website projects from kickoff to launch. You will be the connection between our clients and our internal teams, including design, development, and SEO. Your job is to make sure every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and meets our quality standards. If you are highly organized, enjoy collaborating with creative and technical teams, and take pride in turning client goals into high-performing websites, this role is for you.Salary: This role offers a annual salary in the range of £27,000 – £31,500, depending on experience.Role ExpectationsManage website projects from onboarding through final delivery.Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project.Create and maintain project timelines, milestones, and task assignments.Coordinate with designers, developers, and SEO specialists to ensure alignment.Review designs, copy, and site functionality to ensure quality and consistency.Communicate updates, manage feedback, and guide clients through revisions.Track progress using project management tools such as Figma, Bugherd and Notion.Anticipate risks or blockers and proactively find solutions.What We Need You To Bring To Service ScalersExperience managing website or digital marketing projects (agency experience is a plus).Strong understanding of web design and development workflows (knowledge of Webflow is a plus).Excellent communication and client relationship skills.Outstanding organization, time management, and attention to detail.Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Bugherd, and Notion.Basic understanding of SEO and website performance best practices.A proactive, solution-oriented attitude.Why we think you will LOVE working with us100% remote: work from wherever you thrive.Paid vacation and maternity/paternity leave.A “work hard, play hard” culture that values both results and balance.A fast-growing, supportive team that genuinely cares and has fun doing great work together.
