The Role - Multi skilled engineer * Quick response to breakdowns and its rectification, ensuring that all work is carried out in an effective and safe manner * Ensure all reports and records are completed correctly and issued within the correct timescales * Fully support improvement initiatives and development of the engineering department to enable the business to grow * To ensure the achievements of the engineering KPIs and targets are met * Be part of the corrective and planned maintenance programs * Assist in the development, input and the fully utilisation of the CMMS program * Mentor and support other team members * Ensure a good working relationship with production and all support functions * To ensure all Company procedures and rules are adhered to; Health & Safety, Food Hygiene standards * To ensure all plant and equipment are maintained and kept operational and safe * To establish an effective working relationship with production and ensure regular communication and feedback * To identify and implement labour saving and productivity improvements in conjunction with production tea...
