Non Executive Director - The Role:

As a NED or Advisory Board Member, you will bring expertise, strategic insight, and governance to the company's board. You will play a key role in shaping the firm's strategic direction, supporting growth initiatives, and ensuring robust decision-making as the company continues to scale.

Non Executive Director - Key Responsibilities:
  1. Contribute to the company's strategic vision and growth plans
  2. Provide independent oversight, advice, and constructive challenge to the executive team
  3. Offer industry insights and connections to support the firm's expansion and market positioning
  4. Ensure effective governance and adherence to regulatory requirements
  5. Participate in approximately four board meetings per year and provide ad hoc advice as needed
Non Executive Director - You:

We are seeking an experienced leader with:

  1. Industry Expertise: A strong background in technology, real estate, or PropTech
  2. Strategic Insight: A proven track record of contributing to business growth at a senior level
  3. Governance Skills: Experience with board-level responsibilities, including corporate governance
  4. Connections: An established network in the real estate or technology sectors
  5. Commitment: The ability to dedicate approximately 10 days per year to the role
