Duties include assessing the extent of damage, removing dents, filling holes, and sanding panels to achieve a smooth finish. The role also involves using appropriate tools and techniques to reshape panels and ensure they meet quality standards.Required Qualifications:1. Proven experience as a Panel Beater in the automotive industry2. Proficiency in panel repair techniques and tools3. Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanshipEducation:Relevant vocational qualification in panel beating or equivalentExperience:Minimum of 1 year of experience in panel beatingKnowledge and Skills:1. Knowledge of vehicle construction and materials2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team3. Good communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:1. Additional certification in panel beating2. Experience working with a variety of vehicle makes and models
