About the roleWe have an opportunity for an experienced professional to join the UK SMI team as their Product Innovation Manager. This is a key role for an experienced Product Manager to bring groundbreaking products to the market and ensuring their commercial success. If you are passionate about driving innovation and shaping this future of packaging solutions then this role is for you.In this dynamic role you will:Lead the deployment and adoption of our Strategic Innovations championing products both internally and externallyIdentify market and customer pain points translating insights into actionable innovation requirements that strengthen our product portfolioDefine and execute sales plans monitor performance and act as the go-to market contact for our Innovation programSupport pilot launches ensuring products land successfully with customers and tailoring strategies to meet market-specific needsYou will also represent the business at various points from external events such as trade fairs and webinars to internal forums such as Toll Gate meetings. Youll be at the heart of our innovation journeyconnecting strategy with execution and turning ideas into impactful solutions.
