Join a supportive team environment where your contributions are valued and recognized.About the Role:As a Shift Miller, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of two flour mills while maintaining a safe and clean production environment.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Operate 2 flour mills 24/7.Monitor and adjust equipment for optimal performance.Maintain high-quality flour production.Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.Assist with maintenance and reporting.Load flour tankers.Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.Candidate Requirements:Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills.Strong work ethic with a hands-on approach and ability to prioritize tasks.Flexibility with work schedule, including earlier start and later finish times.Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.Previous food manufacturing experience is a must.Holding a valid Counterbalance Forklift license is a significant advantage.Training ProvidedIf you're ready to join a thriving organization and make a significant impact in the food manufacturing industry, we invite you to apply for the position of Shift Miller today
