We are currently seeking a talented MIG and Stick Welder to join our growing team.Job Description: We are looking for a skilled MIG and Stick Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding and fabricating various materials, ensuring precision and high standards of workmanship.Key Responsibilities: * Perform MIG and Stick welding on a variety of materials as per project requirements. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings. * Set up welding machines based on the job at hand or using a Welding Procedure Specification (WPS). * Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. * Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed. * Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace. * Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.Qualifications: * Proven experience as a MIG and Stick Welder. * Proficient in reading and interpreting technical documents and drawings. * Strong understanding of welding techniques and processes. * Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Valid CSCS card is required. * Relevant welding certifications or training is a plus
