Vehicle Interior Trim Specialist

· Working Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday: 6am – 2pm, 2pm - 1am (rotating weekly)

We are looking for an experienced Vehicle Interior Trim Specialist to work with one of our prestigious vehicle manufacturers. For you to be successful in this position you will be responsible for the below, but not limited to:


Responsibilities:

· Working as part of the Interior Trim vehicle team

· Working against the requirements/Trim design documentation

· Trim the leather to substrate parts for the interior areas of the vehicle

· Generating master patterns according to vehicle requirements

· Using industrial sewing machines

· Conducting measured sew points, fabric directions, alignment to apposing patterns.

· Reporting any issues

· Ensuring the leather has zero defects

· Report all defects/roadblocks/Issues


Requirements:

· Proven previous experience as an Interior Trim specialist

· Experience within the Automotive Vehicle Manufacturing Industry

· Previous proven experience with Vehicle Leather

· Experienced working against the requirements

· Experienced machinist

· Working in a busy fast paced environment

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good communication skills, teamworking abilities and initiative

· Adhering to all Company standard operating procedures

· Adhering to all health and safety procedures

· Working according to the company quality and housekeeping standards

· Must have Hi-Vis and safety footwear

· Clean UK/ or equivalent Driving Licence

· RTW in the UK without restrictions (PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIP)
