This is a fantastic stepping stone for Aspiring Therapist and Psychology graduates or those with a strong interest in pursuing careers in therapy, mental health, or educational psychology.Aspiring Therapist | The Role: Work closely with the schools SENCO and pastoral team to support students emotional wellbeing. Provide 1:1 and small group interventions to pupils with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs. Help develop personalised support plans for students. Liaise with external professionals such as CAMHS, Educational Psychologists, and school counsellors. Gain hands-on experience in a school setting and receive ongoing training and mentoring.Aspiring Therapist | Requirements: A degree in Psychology or a related field (or in the process of completing one). A genuine interest in mental health and child development. Empathy, resilience, and excellent communication skills.
