Are you an experienced School Administrator/ Finance Assistant seeking a new part-time opportunity? Would you like to work 24 hours per week with Wednesdays off?Class people are supporting in the recruitment for a part-time School Administrator starting ideally of the 6th of January for several weeks (with the potential to go permanent)What are the roles and responsibilities for the School Administrator?To be a friendly first point of contact for any visitors, students, parents and staff.Responsibility for the daily running of the school office – ensuring systems and equipment supports the efficiency of the school.To support in the organisation of all attendance and administration of first aid Information.To support the Head teacher for all administrative tasks including finance admin.This opportunity is paying up to £12.80 per hour working part-time, Monday to Friday 8:30-2:30pm with Wednesdays off.
