This a key role within a centralised sales administration team looking after sales processes and sales project management for company sales offices located in Dubai, Houston and Kuala Lumpur.


The role will suit an individual with both strong analytical and communication skills.


Previously experience working with a CRM tool and in a B2B high value low volume is a must. The successful candidate will have TQM and Continuous Improvement as a core part of their work ethic.


The role attracts a salary from £35k - £45k per year, depending on experience, together with other company benefits including a contribution of 10% of salary to pension and the opportunity to play a pivotal role to reducing emissions across the energy sector.


Candidates initially selected to proceed through the recruitment process will be required to complete a bank of online psychometric tests to allow the company to sort for the brightest and most capable applications.


Job outline:

Sales Administration

  • Conversion from quotes to orders into the system Via Salesforce and Syspro
  • Order processing in Salesforce and Order Entry in Syspro.
  • Assign orders to Sales Office Operations Managers.
  • Work with suppliers and award Purchase orders within guidelines.

 

Project Management

  • Liaising with the Order Coordination and Sales Office Operations Teams to manage customer orders/projects.
  • Keep track of cashflow throughout the duration of an order.
  • Be able to efficiently manage multiple projects at one time.
  • Coordinate with warehouse for consolidation of all material and prep for shipping.

 

Document Control

  • Work diligently with EPC and Engineering firms, managing project documentation based on company guidelines/processes.
  • Manage publishing of Transmittals for critical orders by set due dates.
  • Implement documentation revisions where applicable.
  • Be able to work on technical documentation for multiple projects at a time with the aim to receive approval of all project documents.


Quotation Support

  • Aid the RFQ and Quotations Manager as required, including preparing quotation materials


Miscellaneous

  • Aim to meet all relevant goals, objectives and KPI’s set by the company.
  • Perform all additional, agreed tasks at highest quality level.
  • Other duties that the employee may be delegated to.
