Conveyancing SupervisorSwansea (Non-Fee Earning) Location:Swansea Salary:Competitive + Benefits Experience Level:Senior / Team Leader A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Supervisor to join a highly regarded national conveyancing firm as they continue to expand into Swansea. This is a newly created, non-fee earning position offering the chance to take on a key leadership role within a growing office. As Conveyancing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of three conveyancers, providing guidance, support, and mentoring to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Youll act as the main point of contact for escalated queries, ensuring files progress efficiently and in line with company standards and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Supervising a team of three conveyancers, providing coaching and day-to-day managementOverseeing file progression to ensure deadlines and compliance standards are metActing as a point of escalation for complex or technical mattersConducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and identifying training needsSupporting the implementation of process improvements and best practicesLiaising with other departments to ensure a seamless client experienceThe ideal candidate will have: Extensive experience within residential conveyancing, ideally at senior conveyancer or team leader levelStrong technical knowledge of the conveyancing processExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsThe ability to manage workloads, motivate a team, and maintain high service standardsA proactive and supportive approach to developing staffThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional looking to step away from fee earning and focus on team management within a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
