You will be issued with complete PPE & uniform. The company offer continuous work-related training programmes which in some cases count towards driver CPC modules.As the HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver you will be: - Delivering product to internal and external customers - Filling and analysing own tankers and high-pressure trailers - Carrying out minor repairs to vehicles using minimal tools such as screwdrivers and spanners - Coupling and uncoupling of motive units, towing vehicles from tankers & trailers - Regularly working away from base, including overnight workingTo be successful as the HGV Class 1 Tanker Driver you will: - Have possessed an HGV C+E licence for a minimum of 3 years with a minimum of 180 days experience within the last two years - Possession of DQC (AKA Drivers CPC) - Have no more than 3 penalty points on your driving licence - Be able to demonstrate experience of tanker driving - Have an ADR 'Class 2' entitlement in tanksThis is an ongoing, full-time role with Pertemps which can lead to a permanent contract with BOC.These positions are available with an immediate start, following a face-to-face interview, driving assessment, criminal record check and drug & alcohol test/medical assessment.If you are interested in applying for this Class 1 Tanker Driver role then please apply with an up-to-date CV and permitting you meet the required level of experience and hold the correct entitlements, we will be in touch.
