Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic guidance: Provide strategic input and oversight, helping to shape the long-term vision and goals of Impactt Limited.
  2. Governance: Ensure robust governance practices are in place, maintaining high standards of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct.
  3. Performance and financial monitoring: Monitor delivery of the business plan and budget, offering support and constructive challenge to drive business success.
  4. Risk management: Identify and assess potential risks to the business, ensuring appropriate risk management strategies are implemented.
  5. Stakeholder engagement: Represent Impactt Limited in engagements with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry bodies.
  6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, promoting best practices in corporate governance.

Time Commitment:

The expected time commitment is 20 days per annum, including an annual 2 day Strategy session.


We would love to hear from you if you have:
  1. Proven experience as a Non-Executive Director or in a senior executive role in a commercial enterprise.
  2. Strong understanding of corporate governance principles and practices.
  3. Ability to provide independent, unbiased advice and challenge constructively.
  4. Commitment to ethical business practices and social responsibility.
  5. A global outlook.
  6. Experience of entrepreneurship or significantly growing a business.
  7. Experience of a range of income generating models.
  8. An understanding of the role of data, technology and AI in the market of consultancy.
  9. A passion for Impactt's mission.
  10. Experience in global supply chains, consultancy or sustainability would be ideal, but not essential.
