The role
This position is ideal for graduates with research-based degrees who are eager to develop their skills in investigative profiling and due diligence, particularly in a fast-paced environment. While our client will provide comprehensive training, fluency in German is a must. You'll be responsible for gathering and analysing intelligence, writing detailed reports, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth and compliant onboarding processes.
What will you be doing?
- Conduct open-source research, KYC database checks, international reference requests, and telephone interviews using investigative techniques.
- Write detailed reports with careful attention to accuracy and clarity.
- Proofread both your own and team members’ reports to ensure high quality.
- Use your German language skills for research, translations, and phone interviews.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry contacts.
- Plan and manage your workload effectively, balancing multiple deadlines.
- Work with the team to review and improve operational procedures and workflows.
What are we looking for?
- A research-based degree or relevant experience.
- Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
- Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and take initiative.
