Wire EroderSalary – dependent on experience Location – TamworthWe are working with a recognised and renowned precision engineering group of businesses in the Tamworth area that are looking for a Wire Eroder on a permanent contract with an immediate start.Wire Eroder responsibilities:Working from detailed drawings, process sheets, tooling instructions, and standard charts to identify component/manufacturing specifications.Able to set, program, edit, operate and run both Wire and Spark EDM machines.Inspect parts to very tight tolerances using manual hand tools such as micrometers and dial indicators.Use experience to determine the best practice machining methods for each part.Wire Eroder requirements:Must have extensive knowledge of CNC EDM Agie Charmilles Robofil and Roboform machines.Can program with Edgecam software (although training will be provided if not familiar with this system).Requires a minimum of three years trade training or equivalent experience and two to four years of related machining experience.Analytical approach to problem solving, and the ability to work as part of a team or autonomously.How to apply for this Wire Eroder role:If you are interested in finding out more about the Wire Eroder role, get in touch with Harry Parsons on (phone number removed), or email at (url removed)
