You can experience a world of opportunity and the chance to shape a career as unique as you.A Little More About Your Role…We are currently recruiting for a Senior Structural Revit Technician to join our team.Working on a variety of interesting projects encompassing Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Energy, Heritage, Commercial, Industrial and the hospitality buildings sectors.This is a great opportunity for an experienced Revit Technician to join a supportive and friendly team and to help develop and lead a team in the production of Revit Models and CAD drawings for all stages of design.Working with an already established team of engineers and Revit/CAD technicians, you willProduce and supervise coordinated 3D BIM models using Revit; preparing engineering models & drawings from sketches and design informationWork closely with key external stakeholders, clients and colleagues from all parts of the WSP business to achieve multidisciplinary delivery outcomesUse BIM technologies both in cloud and managed systems to prepare concise engineering drawings for key stages such as conception, planning, tender, building warrant and constructionFulfil Project Technician role – manage the drafting aspects of projects of varying complexity and size, actively driving the collaboration.What We Will Be Looking For You To Demonstrate…Gained a HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Civil or Structural EngineeringExperience in Building Structures as a TechnicianProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft OfficeExperience in the principles of ISO 19650, BIM templates, BEPs, and use of collaborative information management softwareExperience in working with digital platforms, particularly BIM360 and its collaborative modules (Not essential, training will be provided)Gained strong, practical experience of using Revit in a similar building structures focused role.Proficiency at planning and organising workloadStrong communication skills both written and verbalExcellent presentation skillsFamiliarity with working under pressure and to tight deadlinesExperience of working on a range of projects across a variety of sectorsYou must be eligible to achieve Security Clearance.Imagine a better future for you and a better future for us all.Join our close-knit community of talented individuals who share your passion for making a positive impact.
