Job Description -Will Writing Administrator

My clients Estateportfolio includes 18 crematoria, cemeteries and memorial parks, an online funeral service provider and bereavement services providingexceptional standards of service, facility and products to the families who use our services.

They provideproducts and services to people to assist with later life planning including Wills, Power of Attorney, Equity Release and whole of life insurance products. To grow this part of the company we are looking to expand our team with the introduction of a customer focused Will Writing Administrator.

Job Summary
To provide Administrative support for the provision of customers Wills and Power of Attorney, The successful candidate must have the ability to demonstrate a very high level of Customer service and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
The post holder shall:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
  • Provide support to the team in producing the Estate planning documents that the customer has purchased.
  • Provide all documents to a high level of accuracy and quality.
  • Be comfortable to work in a client facing role.
