Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SOC strategy to combat complex cyber threats in a dynamic financial technology environment.
  • Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team of SOC engineers and security analysts across multiple geographies.

Ideal Profile:

  • 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in SOC management

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC)
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills
