Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SOC strategy to combat complex cyber threats in a dynamic financial technology environment.
- Build and lead a high-performing, diverse team of SOC engineers and security analysts across multiple geographies.
- Manage cutting-edge security tools and technologies, including SIEM, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence platforms.
- Design and continuously improve incident management processes to ensure robust cyber resilience.
Ideal Profile:
- 10+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in SOC management
- Deep expertise in cybersecurity operations and SOC workflows
- Strong technical proficiency in industry-standard security tools
- Proven ability to lead effectively under pressure
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GIAC)
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Passion for continuous learning in the cybersecurity field
Preferred Experience:
- Background in development, scripting, system administration, security automation, network/cloud security, or as a security researcher.
