Flexzo Teach is a recruitment & SCR platform that lets schools book you directly for cover, long-term supply and temporary/permanent roles without going through a traditional agency model.We already work with pilot schools in areas like Cambridgeshire, and we’re now building local talent pools so we can switch more schools on in each area. To bring more schools on board where you live, we first need great Cover Supervisors pre-registering to our platform and it only takes a copy of your CV.When you sign up, you make it possible for us to go to schools in your area and say, “You don’t need to rely on agencies, you can book these educators directly through Flexzo Teach without an agency or the additional charges that come with the current agency recruitment model"About the RoleWe’re looking for Cover Supervisors who want:Flexible work with local schoolsDirect bookings, schools contact you via the platformControl over your time and pay, you set your availability and your ratesYou are not “represented” by an agency.
