PURPOSE OF THE ROLEWant to work with some of most popular brands for UK children? The Children's and Education Apps and Games promotions team are looking for a Content Producer who is passionate about digital marketing and is driven to reach children and parents with our content. The Digital Content Producer will lead on digital marketing campaigns for our Roblox games and CBeebies apps, delivering engaging creative content for Social, YouTube, broadcast, events and more. WHY JOIN THE TEAM Join the Children's and Education Platforms team as a Content Producer, where you'll help shape engaging promotional content for 2-15 year olds and their grown-ups. You will have the opportunity to continue to develop your digital marketing and project management skills. You'll be working closely with various BBC digital teams to ensure that our output meets audience expectations while delivering on our BBC Children's and Education vision. YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND IMPACT: Work to a Senior Content Producer and be responsible for the delivery of strategic digital marketing campaigns for CBeebies apps and CBBC gaming experiences across Roblox. Editorial judgement to generate and lead creative and compelling ways to engage children and grown-ups with our content. Managing campaigns from concept, through to production and delivery, across owned BBC platforms and third-party platforms (e.g. Social, YouTube and app stores). Collaborate and communicate with multi-disciplinary teams such as Marketing, Press, channel management, Social and YouTube to deliver quality, high performing digital marketing campaigns. Responsibility for day-to-day delivery line management of Assistant Content Producers and Researchers and delivery of video, image and written content. Production experience planning, directing, scripting and filming digital shoots with short form promotional content. Deliver and use data analytics reports to drive content performance and communicate findings to feed into wider strategic approach. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA: Experience in digital marketing with a demonstrable track record of managing end-to-end digital campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., social media, YouTube, app stores). Editorial judgement and production skills to create and deliver accurate, engaging and high quality copy, videos and images for digital and broadcast platforms. Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and working within budget constraint and experience with project management tools and agile workflows. Line management. Can develop, communicate and deliver creative ideas. DESIRED BUT NOT REQUIRED: Knowledge of SEO and ASO is a desirable skill to help optimise content visibility and reach across digital platforms. Experience of Paid Advertising strategies. Knowledge of industry developments of digital marketing in the apps and gaming space Understanding of tone and language suitable for children's content.
