The Company: A global FM and property management company. The Role: You will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of M&E building services for a healthcare facility in Ipswich. You will also be responsible for carrying out general PPM's and first line maintenance of general plumbing and building fabric. You will be part of a 2 man team working on opposites of the shift pattern below . This is a 2 week shift pattern on a 42 hour week , Week 1 : working - Mon, Tues , Sat ,Sun .
