They are recruiting for a number of 12 month fixed term roles for administrators to join in the new year. DescriptionAs Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for:Completing client summaries to a high qualityManaging client documents providing suitability reports and proceduresManaging multiple workstreams and prioritising different tasks according to the team's needsMaintaining a high level of checks in central processesUpdating on all reporting systems with appropriate informationSupporting wider teams to implement a strong suitability cultureProfileThe successful applicant for the Financial Services Administrator must:Possess an excellent attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environmentHave knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office suitesHave excellent communication skills with ability to work well with other departmentsBe able to take accountability and pride in your own workHave experience in financial services / banking / investment would be preferredBe able to work in regulatory environmentJob OfferAs Financial Services Administrator, you will get:12 month fixed term contract25 days holidayPension contributionBonusHybrid working - 3 days working from homeGreat place to work
